Healing through the Art of Caring: Stress Reduction Retreat is an intensive, evidence-based course, which will not only improve your stress coping skills, but will positively change how you interact with people and how you relate to your body.
Healing through the Art of Caring introduces course participants to the key concepts of the Lund ZenShuk Approach.
The Lund ZenShuk Approach, developed by Jillene Lund, is based on the integration of research based evidence from the sciences of rehabilitative medicine, epigenetics, quantum physics, neuroscience, health psychology, psychoneuroimmunology, integrative medicine, and cardioneurology.
More than 90% of course material is presented in a hands-on lab format including: self-care manual therapy techniques, small group discussions, and individual/group self-awareness exercises.
Our practical, research-based approach teaches course participants skills to care for themselves, develop positive thought patterns, and avoid occupational burnout.
